PILATES
Pilates mat classes are designed to enhance the fundamental understanding of core strength and stabilization as it applies to movement. Pilates is working from the inside out, creating length through the body and symmetry from side to side and front to back. Pilates is great for preventing injury and increasing strength and flexibility, teaching you how to power through life’s daily movements. All levels welcome. Reformer Pilates sessions available for additional fee. Call 445-5445 to schedule.

YOGA
Our excellent staff of Yoga Instructors can help beginners, intermediate and advanced students improve strength, balance and flexibility. Regular practice of Yoga will reduce stress and promote correct postural alignment, giving you harmony and increased quality of life. All of these classes are offered at our Cutten Annex location.
